A1 : Only need to tell use the which kind material you want to cut or engraving , the max thickness need to cut , and the max size you want to finish.

A2:English manual & video will be sent out together with the machine. If you still need any furthe helps,our engineer can also guide you via wechat, skype or video conference for free. If still not workable, our engineer can go aboard to guide you , but some charge is needed.
